Scavenger Hunt Official Terms & Conditions

1. Organizer:
The scavenger hunt (the "Hunt") is organized by Blox Snacks, Inc. (the "Organizer").

2. No Purchase Necessary:
No purchase is necessary to participate in the Hunt. Making a purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

3. Eligibility:
Participation in the Hunt is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older. Minors are eligible to participate with the express permission of a parent or legal guardian. Employees, officers, and directors of the Organizer, their immediate family members, and those living in the same household are not eligible to participate. The Hunt is void where prohibited by law.

4. Disclaimer of Sponsorship by Third Parties:
This Hunt is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Target Corporation, TikTok Inc., YouTube, Inc., Facebook, Inc., Instagram, LLC, or Twitter, Inc. None of these entities are affiliated with the Organizer.

5. How to Participate:
The Hunt will commence on Sunday, August 25th, 2024. Three (3) plushie stuffed animals, each measuring forty (40) inches in height (the "Plushies"),will be located in three (3) distinct Target retail locations (the"Locations") that carry FruitBlox fruit snacks.  Go to our store locator to find which Targets carry FruitBlox. Two brand ambassadors will be holding the winning plushies and will only be located in the Fruit Snack aisle along with 2 brand ambassadors between 12 - 4 PM. If you go to the fruit snack aisle and do not see two brand ambassadors, this location does not have the winning plushie or the prize has already been claimed.

6. Determination of Winners:
The first eligible participant to locate each Plushie shall be deemed the winner of that Plushie (the"Winner").

7. Prize:
Each Winner shall receive the Plushie located by them as the prize (the"Prize"). The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and nocash alternative or substitution shall be provided. Limit: One (1) Prize perperson. 

8. Prize Claim:
In order to claim the Prize, each Winner must follow the instructions provided with the Plushie, including contacting the Organizer. The Organizer reservesthe right to verify the identity and eligibility of each Winner prior to the distribution of the Prize.

9. Limitation of Liability:
By participating in the Hunt, participants agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Organizer, and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of or in connection with participation in the Huntor the acceptance, possession, or use of the Prize.

10. Privacy Policy:
Personal data collected in connection with the Hunt will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Hunt and will not be shared with third parties, except as required for administration or by law. Participation in the Hunt constitutes consent to the Organizer's collection and use of personal information in accordance with its privacy policy, which can be found at https://www.bloxsnacks.com/privacy

11. Modification and Termination:
The Organizer reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate the Hunt at any time, with or without notice.

12. Governing Law:
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordancewith the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection withthe Hunt shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Texas.

13. Waiver and Dispute Resolution:
Except where prohibited, participants agree that any and all disputes, claims,and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Hunt or any Prizeawarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in [YourJurisdiction]. Any claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event attorneys’ fees or other legal costs.

14. Invalidity:
If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid orunenforceable, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect theremaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect.

15. Acceptance of Terms:
By participating in the Hunt, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

The Organizer is Blox Snacks, Inc., located at 1108 Lavaca Street, STE 110 580 Austin, TX 78701. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Hunt should be directed to the Organizer.
